On behalf of M\E\ Timothy P. Israel, Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Oklahoma, M\I\ E. David Snyder, Grand Master of the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Oklahoma, and S.K. Michael E. Hampton, R\E\ Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Oklahoma, the Grand York Rite Bodies of Oklahoma cordially extends an invitation to you to attend the 2009 Oklahoma Grand York Rite Sessions.

The dates for the Grand York Rite Sessions are March 26 through March 28, 2009. The headquarters for the Grand Sessions is the Holiday Inn Airport, 2101 South Meridian Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The hotel is located approximately one mile south of the intersection of I-40 and Meridian in Oklahoma City.

The program for the sessions, information for room reservations and meal requests (PDF) are on this website. It is important that the March 12, 2009 cut-off date for room reservations and March 16 for meal requests be observed. There have been 45 rooms blocked for the sessions at a cost of $70.00 plus tax, and no rooms can be held past the cut-off date. The meal reservations must be made so the appropriate number of meals can be prepared for the ladies luncheon and the banquets. Your help in meeting this deadline will be greatly appreciated.
